The school board has partnered with the Missouri School Boards' Association (MSBA) to assist with the superintendent search process. The search is now underway and will conclude with the hiring of a leader who will guide the district into the future. An important part of the search process is gathering feedback from stakeholders about the qualities, experiences, and priorities they believe are most important in the next superintendent. Once the survey closes, the search team will compile the results into a summary report that will be shared with the Board to help inform its decision-making process.The survey will remain open through October 14. As I prepare to retire at the end of the 2026–2027 school year, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the Osceola Public Schools Board of Education, faculty, staff, parents, students, and community members for your support over the past several years. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve Osceola Public Schools. This is truly one of the greatest school districts to work for, and I am grateful for the relationships, experiences, and memories I have made during my time here.
As the district prepares for the next chapter, the Board of Education has partnered with the Missouri School Boards’ Association (MSBA) to assist with the superintendent search process. In the next couple of days, you will receive information that includes a link to a survey. The survey will provide the Board of Education with valuable feedback as they navigate the process of selecting your next superintendent.
I encourage you to take the time to complete the survey and share your thoughts. Your input will be an important part of the process as the Board works to identify the next leader for Osceola Public Schools.

Valentine's Day Candy Gram
JH Student Council will be selling Valentine's Day Candy Gram as pre-orders from now until Tuesday February 6th 2026. They will be delivered to students/teachers at school on Friday February 13th.
You can pay with cash, check or Venmo (@melissa0133). If you pay through Venmo, please make sure to include the students name and grade so we can make sure they get recorded and delivered. You can make checks out to Osceola Public Schools.
